The biggest problem by far in the workplace is designing an experience where employees can excel both vocationally and emotionally. Society puts such an emphasis on the results and almost completely ignores the social and emotional wellness of their employees.
This is one major realization from the pandemic, this major shift in power from employer to employee. Josh empowers employees to claim that power and helps organizations design practical and engaging experiences for organizations, from technology use, to the way they collect feedback. Josh has spent the last 12 years in the trenches working to design a better employee experience

Josh Drean is a Web 3.0 advisor at Harvard Innovation Labs, Core Contributor at SoWork, the Workplace Metaverse, and Co-founder of DreanMedia.
Josh’s work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bostinno, and he has made appearances on The Today Show, NBC, and FOX Business. His YouTube channel has garnished millions of views and he was named top 100 foremost experts on the Metaverse.
Josh works with hundreds of digital-first leaders each year to develop Web 3.0 strategies and transition smoothly to the Metaverse. He also runs a creative and consulting agency focused on EX Design.
Josh earned his undergraduate degree in I/O psychology and a masters degree at Harvard University, where he incubated and sold an HR Tech startup.
